Designer Gabriele Pezzini explored the kitchen of the great French chef Pierre Gagnaire, meticulously observing the gestures of the chef and his teams. This encounter provided the inspiration for Les Couteaux d’Orfèvre - the Silversmith’s knives - a set of six essential blades corresponding perfectly to the fundamental gestures of modern cuisine.
