Sterling silver,
silver-plated,
and gold

Sterling silver, a noble metal with a brilliant white sheen, naturally oxidizes when exposed to air, taking on brown or black hues. To clean it, use a soft, non‑abrasive sponge soaked in soapy water, then carefully wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

Inalterable and stainless, gold retains its beauty with nothing more than a simple cleaning using a soft, non‑abrasive damp sponge. Signs of wear or natural patina can be reduced with a silver polish, to be used sparingly.

Wood,
and precious
& semi-precious stones

Wood, a living material, is characterized by its variations in tone, its grain, and its small knots. For parts made of fine wood (handles, grips, or stems), a damp cloth is sufficient. Then wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid abrasive or detergent products, which could irreversibly damage the material.

Each stone is unique in its veining, its colors, and its origin. To preserve its shine, we recommend gently cleaning it with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then wiping it with a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks.

Never use abrasive or acidic products.

Porcelain,
glass,
and crystal

Collections enhanced with precious materials, such as Cercle d’Orfèvre, require special care, namely hand‑washing only in lukewarm water without harsh detergents.

They are not microwave‑safe. We recommend keeping the felt separators provided at purchase for storage, to prevent the pieces from knocking against each other.

Glass is a delicate material, for which we recommend using a soft sponge and soapy water.Wipe with a microfiber cloth to avoid streaks.

For crystal, which is dense and luminous, it is recommended to use a mild detergent and then wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Avoid rough materials and glass cleaners.
