Dinner Service
Sterling silverA major figure in contemporary art, Donald Judd is internationally renowned for his mathematically precise artworks as well as for his numerous projects in architecture and design. In 1989, the artist sketched a series of bowls, plates, and cups, cylindrical forms intersected by perpendicular planes, which remained at the project stage.
Through an unprecedented partnership with the Judd Foundation, Puiforcat now presents a sterling silver interpretation of these creations. A synthesis of creative innovation and artisanal expertise, the service is composed of eight complementary pieces designed to set a table or enhance an interior.
Each piece is numbered and stamped with the house’s hallmark: a penknife flanked by the initials E and P, for Emile Puiforcat, one of the house’s founding silversmiths.
